East 700 South at 900 East Tri-Plex

This is an old building, built in 1906. It had been very neglected, but we saw some potential. So we took the plunge and bought the ultimate fixer upper - Once we bought it we realized everything needed to be fixed! So it has a new roof, all new electrical, new wood type floors, new ceramic tile, new appliances, new paint....Too much to list. We tried to retain the old moldings inside and restored the exterior as much as possible.
Downstairs we have a 2 bdrm 1 bath apartment with fireplace and extra room that could be an office. It has washer/dryer hookups in the mudroom. We also have a 1 bdrm 1 bath apartment on the ground level. It basically runs along the East side of the house, and is entered through a mudroom which has washer/dryer hookups. Upstairs we have a 1 bdrm apartment with it's own deck overlooking the back yard.
Speaking of the yard - We had sprinklers installed but were waiting until the construction was finished to put in sod and plants. By the time it was ready the weather was too cold. Sooooo, late April 2006 we should be able to have the landscaping finished.
