We love animals.

For years I had to find places to rent with an unusual pet - Hamlet is a pot bellied pig. It was really tough to find a landlord who understood Hamlet. I decided that if I ever owned rental property I would be pet friendly. It is a little scary, because animals can do a lot of damage. We have found that most pet owners are very respectful of the property.

We are pet friendly for friendly pets. Most of our properties have yards - Please make sure you clean up after your dog or cat. Be considerate of your neighbors - If your dog is a 'barker' your neighbors won't be happy, we will get complaints..............Please try to determine prior to moving in if your dog would be happy in an apartment.
