OK, I know I said we specialized in the 9th and 9th area. Vista Park is near Trolley Square, at the corner of 600 South and Park. Not far from 9th and 9th distance wise............It is close to Trolley Square which is a cool upscale shopping center housed in a former trolley car station. It is an 'up & coming' area - Definitely becoming gentrified. We don't own this building, just help the owner who is an older guy that doesn't use computers!
The rents are excellent considering 20 of the 21 units are completely remodeled inside. New tubs, new toilets, new tile, new maple type floors - No vinyl floors or dirty carpets here! Also, new ovens and refrigerators in each apartment. Some even have dishwashers ;-)
It is a large brick building with mansard style roof. It is 2 blocks from TRAX and one block from Smith's Market. We have many UofU students living there as well as people working in the downtown area.
